Family Vacation August 10th thru 18th

We are taking our much needed annual family vacation from August 10th thru 17th. There will be an engineer present onsite at the Net253 headquarters in case we have a serious issue.

Due to circumstances beyond everyone’s control, KPUD is bringing 2 LUDs online at the same time (Stone Farm Lane in Seabeck, and the Sawdust Hill LUD in Poulsbo). We are committed to getting everyone online who has signed up with us as of August 3rd before we leave. We may even be able to fit a few extra ones in. Update - we got all 11+3 homes online before we left.

We will be unable to perform installs between August 10th and August 18th. We will be hitting them hard again when we return; I believe that the other ISPs are backlogged out that far from today (August 3rd). So if you want to use Net253, please do so, we will load your order as normal but ask for an activation date of August 18th from KPUD. We are worth the wait, I promise!

We are back from a week of sticking our feet in the sand and cooking way too much Canadian Bacon. We are happy to report that as usual, there were zero seconds of service disruptions during the last week of service.
