This form is for establishing service to a property that already has fiber to the premises or is under construction to do so.
NOTE! If your property is already wired (you are able to plug in your router yourself), there is no installation fee. If we need to come out to help you, we will for a reduced fee of $65. The normal installation is $100, which doesn’t even cover our gas and materials.
