No longer de minimis 😒 (FCC charge for universal service fund)

We managed to go over $10,000 per quarter in telephone services (more than 150 phone numbers served). As a result, the FCC is now billing us directly for the USF, which is 23.8% surcharge. I must now pass this through as we do not earn 23% on our sales of telephone service. I knew this day would come, I thought it would be another year or two from now, but a lot of people dumped CenturyLink phone service in 2021.

Edit - we were able to convert some of our telephone revenue to services revenue and creep under the deminimus threshold.
