We have an autopay, finally

We have added an auto payment option, it is on our front page next to request service.

We utilize quickbooks, we added an “integration” which processes open invoices against cards on file in a vault (not stored onsite, it is PCI level 5 compliant, not my headache)

Our billing flow is at the beginning of the month, we generate invoices for all customers. We then process payments for any open invoices which we have a card on file. Then we send invoices by email, and there will be a new “pay now’ button. If you click thru that link, you will post a card payment that will auto reconcile to your account.
