Customer Portal Musing and online payment

I am considering a customer portal where customers can log in and see a statement of account, and possibly pay their bills online. Our operating margin is razor thin; there would be a “convenience fee” to cover the flesh extracted by the bank. If online payment and a customer portal would make you happy, let me know.
