Service disruption in Stavis Bay

The KPUD fiber went down around 8:20AM Sunday morning. The Net253 systems were 100% functional; this was a field network outage. We notified KPUD about multiple customers down and within 45 minutes the services were restored. Just saying - outages stink. But when your ISP and PUD work together to restore a broken residential network on Sunday morning, on Mother’s day, in under an hour, that’s pretty great.
