It's crickets here

We adjusted our rates by $1.50 for 100mbit, and $5.50 for Gig to accommodate the second $6 per month increase from KPUD. Since then, we have had zero new signups for service. We are the only ISP on the network with dual routes out of the county. We are the only ISP pushing KPUD for redundancy to improve the system for everyone. Net253 and iFiber combined represent over 80% of all the active households and our new rates are lower than iFiber’s. We spend double the amount of money they do to have redundancy out of the county. Redundancy means we have two roadways to get your traffic out to the internet. That is a big deal for availability of your service, and it shows. Our uptime for 2022 was 99.996%. That is less than 21 minutes where our service was down for scheduled or unplanned events during the entire year. Our goal for 2023 is 99.998% (less than 10 minutes). We are the only ISP with an BGP enabled core router inside Kitsap county. That’s nerd speak for “we communicate to the internet like Comcast/Centurylink/Verizon/AT&T/etc”

If you are shopping around and read this far, please consider your local (In Kitsap) ISP who is dedicated to serving only Kitsap and focused on service quality above everything else. Yes, we charge $100 to perform $300-$500 worth of installation service, supplies, fuel, labor. We cannot change that to free; the numbers do not pencil out. How do others offer free? They have thousands of subscribers in other counties funding their operations. Some carry financing debt; we carry no debt. We are growing this company with the focus of only Kitsap.

Thank your for considering us!
