Robbed :(

Last night, our install truck was broken into and all our tools stolen. In addition to thousands of dollars of tools (some very special purpose and hard to find, came from England), our truck itself has thousands of dollars of damage. The police were not very optimistic we will recover anything. Tomorrow is my birthday. I guess for my birthday I will go on a shopping binge. If you want service in the next week and cannot wait a few days, unfortunately I suggest you pick a different ISP. We literally do not have the tools to perform the install at the moment. If you are willing to wait, we will be very happy to perform your install with shiny new tools.

Edit : we have replaced all our tools and have plenty of availability to install your service in a timely fashion.
