Adjusted Rate Increase
Well, we passed on the $5 rate increase, which put our fee right where all the other ISPs have been charging for years, all except one provider. Since making that change we have had zero (0) signups. When we deliver internet, we are commited to deliver an essential service to your home 24x7x365. Making an essential services decision based on saving a few bucks is incredible. I have backed my prices back down. On 100mbit service, we will now earn exactly $2.91 per month, the rest of the fee (94%) goes to KPUD, and the other 3% goes to WA state Business and Occupation tax. Sorry to vent, but wow, just wow.
