If you pay by Zelle..

Zelle is super handy if your bank supports it. At our end, we receive a payment with the name of the account holder who sent the payment.

If you pay by Zelle, and the bank account name does not match the name on the invoice, please send us a note the first time you do this and state, “Hey, this is “name on the bank account”, I just sent you a payment for “amount” for account “account last name and number” on the invoice.

If we cannot match the payment, we just hold it in suspense until you reach out and ask us why we haven’t credited your balance, and then we figure it out.

For example, someone sent us $145 on 6/16/2021. We have no account with her last name in the system, and no open invoice for $145, nor open balance of $145. We have no accounts with her first name that are out of sync on payments.
